How does it work?
Background Color
The Background Color option is used when choosing the Text-Mostly Output. It is important to choose a background color that provides some contrast to any content/text within the slideshow.
In other words, if you have white text, choose a darker colored background (don't forget about hyperlinks either!).

Select Output Options
Select the output options that you prefer for your presentation. Some suggestions are below...
Output Formats
- Choose at least the Text Only and Graphical. This will provide both a text version as well as a graphic based version of the presentation.
Graphical Formats and Default Graphics
- Choose the graphic resolutions that you would like to export. These are essentially pictures of each slide at the different resolutions (640x480, 800x600, etc.).
- The Default Graphics option identifies the default size of the images when a user initially selects the graphics-based view presentation.
Options
- You may also elect to include Speaker Notes or Review Comments. Currently, the Review Comments function does not appear to work.
- Speaker Notes are only available from the Text-Only export format.
